The Biggest Wish The World Has Ever Known!

On Sunday, March 30th, starting at 9:30 am outside the Nepean Sportsplex on the Minto field, the opportunity to make history can be yours!

Event Management Program

Algonquin College Event Management is partnering with the Children's Wish Foundation in the "Creating Magic" partnership during the months of February and March 2008 presenting 17 different and exciting events.  One of these events include the Worlds Greatest Wish along with a booth at the Capital Parent & Kids Show to be held on March 29th & 30th.  

We are grateful to have as the event’s founding partner Capital Parent Newspaper and The Capital Parent & Kids Show.  They have sponsored a booth in the Show for the World's Biggest Wish on both Saturday and Sunday, allowing the students to advertise the event, pre register attendees, receive wish donations on clouds, sell merchandise and provide information about The Children’s Wish Foundation.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from these events will go towards granting wishes for children diagnosed with life threatening illnesses. One child when asked what her wish was exclaimed, "I wanted to get married!"  Her second wish was to have breakfast with a princess which happened when she and her family visited Disney World.  Help a child have their greatest wish come true by joining us on Sunday, March 30th.   Learn more ....

Magical Meditations For Kids creator, Valerie Yersh, is proud to launch her new and inspiring visualization CD at the Children's Wish Foundation booth Saturday and Sunday. You can listen to a sample and talk to Valerie both days. $5.00 from the sale of every CD will be donated to The Children's Wish Foundation.

Award winning author, Selena Robbins will be reading from her critically acclaimed children's book, "Pippy's Wish,"  and autographing copies for readers of all ages at the Creating Magic World's Biggest Wish booth Saturday and Sunday to help raise money for the Children's Wish Foundation.
